Our Beginning
It all started just a few years ago with our vibrant red food truck parked on Robert Street in St. Paul. That's where the magic began, thanks to our amazing first customers who eagerly tried our food and provided us with the much-needed encouragement to forge ahead. Their support fueled our passion and kept us going strong!

It has been an incredible journey since El Charrito opened its first brick-and-mortar location in January 2023.
